Joint Outreach Evangelism Ministries (JOE Ministries) and Christ Discipleship Centre / Church are led by the diligent and visionary leadership of Bishop George Odhiambo. He is also the founder and executive director of the ministry. He is married to Mary Odhiambo.

The Pastor and his wife have been greatly used of God to make a difference in many people's lives and families. With God's direction and provision they have endeavoured to fulfill their calling to shepherd God's people and challenge them to be all that God intended for them to be.

The Lord has used him as an instrument for revival and to motivate many to serve the Lord during lunch hour revival meetings at which members of other churches also do come to participate. 

He has also preached the gospel in other nations like United States of America, Uganda and Tanzania.
