Account information: name, email address, mobile phone number, sign in credentials.
Your card list: the rewards cards you hold, entered manually or, if you choose, through a read only connection, with their rates, caps and activations.
Location information: where you enable it, device location used to predict the merchant in front of you. The routing decision runs on your device; location is used for the verdict, not for advertising.
Transaction information: where you connect an account read only, posted transactions and their categories, used to verify predictions and track cap headroom.
Payment information for your subscription: handled by our payment processor; we keep a record of plan and status, never your full card number.
Technical information: device and browser type, IP address, and usage that keeps the service working and secure.
We use this information to predict merchants and categories, name the best card with the working shown, verify predictions after charges post, publish your hit rate to you, track caps and rotating categories, process your plan, provide support, secure the service and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your location or transactions to target advertising.
The routing decision runs on your device and works offline; predictions do not require a network round trip. Account connections, where you choose them, are read only, established through an aggregation provider under its own terms shown at connection. We can see card and transaction information; we cannot move money or make a charge. A manual card list with nothing connected is always available. Card affiliate links, where offered, are labelled and separated from routing; routing is never influenced by affiliate economics.
When you opt in to our SMS program, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent so that we can deliver the account notification messages you have requested. That information is used to operate the program and to send those messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may request help by replying HELP. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
We share information only with service providers acting on our instructions (aggregation, payments, hosting, communications, support tooling), when required by law, or in a corporate transaction, in which case this policy continues to apply. We do not sell personal information and we do not share location with data brokers.
We keep information while your account is active and as needed afterwards for legal and operational purposes, then delete or de-identify it. Protections include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and monitoring.
You can turn location off in your device settings and keep using manual mode, unlink any connection, edit every point valuation, export your data, delete your data and close your account at any time. We honor verified deletion requests within legal timelines.
The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we learn we have.
Material changes are posted on the site and noted in the app before they take effect.
